- An off-site review of existing activities, strategic plans and current corporate balanced scorecard leading to a critique of the adequacy of the existing corporate scorecard and measures.
- A consultant-assisted, on site executive interview programme and balanced scorecard workshop leading to the agreement and consolidation of a corporate wide balanced scorecard.
- A consultant-assisted, on site programme of training and facilitated workshops with each of the main business units leading to the development of agreed cascaded strategy maps and initial measures for each of the business units.
- An internal, template driven set of activities to fully develop measures, definitions, targets and initiatives for each of the business units.
- A consultant off site review of outputs from 4) above
- A consultant-assisted, on site programme of final review of each cascaded scorecard, together with a workshop to advise on implementation planning activities for the balanced scorecards.
